Your Role: Serve as a people manager, overseeing the end-to-end processes of recruiting, training, and engaging with team members. Set individual goals for team members and conduct performance evaluation discussions. Address employee grievances and facilitate coaching and mentoring to maximize employee potential. Initiate career planning discussions and handle employee separations when necessary. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) by ensuring targets are met in process KPIs, solving problems in case of misses, and implementing solutions to restore business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Oversee finance master data management, including mastery of General Ledger (GL), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Internal Orders (IO), and Cost Centers (CC). Represent and manage SAP/ERP migrations, including gathering requirements, planning for finance master data integrity, validation, and migration. Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Process Experts (BPEs) on migrations and process transformation projects on a daily basis. Oversee the execution of tickets and requests for finance master data creation and maintenance. Represent Finance Master Data (FMD) delivery operations in the Change Control Board (CCB) and review critical requests. Execute internal controls and support internal and external audits by providing necessary proofs, evidence, and handling queries. Oversee the operations of the transfer pricing interface between tools, ERPs, and systems. Flag any issues, error logs, or critical errors in transfer pricing to the appropriate GPO, BPE, or stakeholders in a timely manner. Review and approve any new flows (Buy-Sell) in the system and facilitate the smooth flow of Intercompany Invoicing Processes (IIPs). Discuss and review data visualization requests to produce insights for business stakeholders in the Business Intelligence domain. Manage a team of developers in Tableau and ensure the successful rollout of dashboards for data visualization. Listen to stakeholder feedback and implement necessary changes to improve reporting tools. Initiate discussions to retire, decommission, or address unused, obsolete, or redundant dashboards on an annual basis. Ensure that reporting tools are operational and aligned with business needs. Act as a bridge between IT technical teams, data management teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate a seamless flow of actionable insights to end-users. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a focus on financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and master data management. Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and people management skills. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, and engaging team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and addressing employee grievances. Strong understanding of finance master data management, including General Ledger (GL), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Internal Orders (IO), and Cost Centers (CC). Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, particularly in the context of migrations and data integrity management. Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations and practices, including the ability to oversee the interface of transfer prices between various tools and systems. Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, with experience managing development teams to deliver actionable insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in executing internal controls and supporting internal and external audits. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
