About the role The Performance Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in the Performance Marketing team, ensuring that all media campaigns are executed timely, monitored for gaps and opportunities, and that it is running as intended. The performance marketing associate will be supporting the team in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of media planning, buying, analytics, and campaign management. Support Media Planning: Assist the Performance Marketing Lead and Performance Marketing Specialist in campaign performance and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategies. Assist with Campaign Setup: Help prepare and input campaign details into media buying platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads, programmatic tools), ensuring all assets, links, and tracking are correctly implemented. Monitor Live Campaigns: Regularly check on campaign delivery and pacing across channels; flag any issues to the Performance Marketing Lead for review and resolution. Gather and Organize Performance Data: Pull reports and consolidate performance metrics to support analysis and reporting efforts. Contribute to Optimizations: Assist in implementing basic campaign updates (e.g., adjusting budgets, pausing underperforming ads) under guidance from the lead. Coordinate Across Teams: Work with the performance marketing specialist to communicate with the creatives, analytics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with campaign goals. Maintain Campaign Documentation: Keep accurate records of campaign settings, timelines, assets, budgets, and performance data to support transparency and knowledge sharing. Participate in Learning & Development: Engage in internal onboarding sessions and external media platform trainings (Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop, etc.) to develop media buying expertise. Handle Administrative Tasks: Support daily operational needs such as recommendations tracking, daily campaign trend monitoring, and asset tracking. Stay Informed: Keep up with digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and emerging best practices through team resources and self-directed learning. Must haves Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field Open to entry-level candidates with a passion or curiosity for digital media. Candidates with Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic advertising are a plus. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is preferred. Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: Demonstrates a strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to develop media buying knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
