Position title: Performance Marketing Manager Location| Work set-up: Quezon City | Full-time | On-site About the Company A fast-growing betting company based in Quezon City, focused on delivering exciting and responsible gaming experiences to our growing customer base. As we scale, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategically manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing budgets ( multi-million monthly) across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks. Plan, execute, and analyze performance-driven campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI. Lead A/B testing strategies, landing page optimization, and creative testing to maximize conversion rates. Monitor key KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, etc., and produce weekly and monthly performance reports. Collaborate with content, design, tech, and product teams to align marketing execution with business goals. Explore and scale new user acquisition channels while staying ahead of digital trends and algorithm changes. Manage external vendors and performance partners, ensuring high-impact, compliant campaign execution in the betting/gaming space. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with local advertising policies and gaming regulations. Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, with direct ownership of multi-million peso budgets. Proven success running ROI-positive campaigns for digital or gaming-related products. Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs), tracking tools (GA4, FB Pixel), and attribution models. Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and/or data tools (Looker Studio, Power BI). Creative yet data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior and funnel metrics. Experience in a betting, fintech, e-commerce , or high-volume user acquisition environment is a big plus . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. Show more Show less
