- Develops and tests compelling, conversion-focused ad copy in collaboration with content/design teams. Leads creative experiments to improve CTR and ad quality scores, ensuring alignment with SEO and business objectives.
- Maintains accurate conversion tracking using GTM and GA4, monitors daily performance, and implements data-driven optimizations. Delivers clear, actionable insights and performance reports, with strong cross-channel analytical skills.
- Aligns with SEO, digital experience, and regional teams to tailor campaigns by journey and geography. Partners with stakeholders across business units-such as Park and Village managers-to reflect real-world customer insights and seasonal trends. Champions paid media strategy in cross-departmental planning sessions.
- Stays ahead of platform updates, tests emerging ad features, and contributes to broader digital marketing innovation with strategic insights and trend analysis.
- Flexible and proactive in taking on related tasks as needed, supporting overall marketing and business objectives.
- Degree in relevant field.
- 4-5+ years managing high-budget search campaigns ($50K+/month) on Google & Microsoft Ads
- Advanced in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and CRO-focused SEM strategy
- Proven success in bookings, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
- Strong skills in keyword research, bidding, and landing page optimisation
- Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, UTM tagging, and seasonal budget pacing
- Familiar with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Experienced in multi-client/agency settings with high-volume campaign portfolios
- Certifications (preferred): Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4
