Job DescriptionThis role is a Performance Marketing Specialist who acts as a consultant for clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals, specifically in the B2B (business-to-business) space. The position is focused on using data and analytics to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManages and runs digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, as well as through email marketing and content syndication.Monitors and optimizes campaigns by analyzing performance data and metrics to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) and to meet client goals.Collaborates with other teams to ensure campaign materials are delivered correctly and on time.Generates performance reports and provides insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.Provides operational support for tasks such as creating audiences, setting up campaigns, running A/B tests, and managing conversion tracking.Proactively contributes to team discussions and assists with other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.Job RequirementsRequires 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a preference for B2B experience.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is needed.Candidates must have hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns from platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and/or Facebook.A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles like demand generation and lead nurturing is preferred.The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Candidates must be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.The position is on-site in Pasig City, Philippines, and requires working a night shift schedule from 8 PM to 5 AM PST twice a week.
