We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Booking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bookings through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with guests and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize short-term rental bookings across multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and housekeeping services to maintain quality standards.
Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
Maintain accurate administrative records and reporting related to bookings, guest interactions, and property performance.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
Implement best practices in hospitality management and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
