- Total experience should not be less than 7 years
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/Certifications
- Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Conducting current-state process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and developing solutions to streamline operations.
- Project Leadership: Leading process improvement initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring successful implementation of process changes.
- Methodology Application: Utilizing tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Developing metrics and reporting to track process performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
