- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience working on US healthcare accounts, including knowledge of US benefits
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and Quality Assurance within healthcare, with a total professional experience of no less than 7 years
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies and certifications
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, Lean methodologies, corrective and preventive actions, and quality management concepts
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Project Leadership: Lead process improvement projects, manage initiatives, and oversee successful implementation of changes
- Methodology Utilization: Apply tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate process improvements
- Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and reports to monitor process performance and assess the impact of improvements
