Position: ESL Teacher Manager Location: Remote Schedule: 12:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Philippine Time Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the academic development and implementation of our ESL curriculum. Provide guidance and support to a team of dedicated ESL instructors. Collaborate with school administration to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and classroom activities to maintain high teaching standards. Develop and deliver professional development programs for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills. Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and decision-making processes. Engage with students and address their academic needs and concerns when required. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the TESOL field to bring fresh perspectives to the organization. Requirements: A Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or a Master's degree in Linguistics or a closely related field. Proven experience in teaching ESL and managing academic programs. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team of instructors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technologically proficient with the ability to work remotely and utilize online teaching tools effectively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and understanding to effectively engage with a diverse student body.
