ESL Teachers for Kids & Teens

• Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to kids and teens via online platforms.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the student needs and learning objectives of each student.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure successful language acquisition.
• Provide regular feedback and assessments to students to help them track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Communicate regularly with students and their parents or guardians as necessary to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language instruction.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students in different time zones
• Must be willing to render peak hours from 10 pm to 2 am (PhST)
• Must have a passion and patience to teach kids in Poland and other European countries
• Must have a good and stable internet connection
• Must have the initiative & be responsible to communicate concerns to the organization through multiple channels
• Must be diligent in attending to his/her responsibilities as a teacher and an employee
