The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Tutor Success and Academic Lead / Tutor Community Manager. In this role, you'll spearhead tutor acquisition, onboarding, operations, and upskilling. Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our learning and development initiatives, crafting academic programs that resonate with Edukasyon.ph's clients.
Your Impact:
As a Tutor Trainer, you'll drive our tutor force toward excellence, ensuring they meet their goals and flourish as educators. You'll also shape our tutoring community, fostering collaboration, growth, and positive engagement among tutors.
Your Role
Oversee day-to-day tutor activities enabling them to serve our clients in accordance with the service agreement
Determine the right tutor composition based on skills, expertise, and schedules.
Create tutor supply name lists for clients based on program needs.
Manage the EDGE Tutors Community, focusing on top performers, underperformers, retention, and feedback.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and developmental programs for tutors.
Enhance Lesson Evaluators and stay updated on educational trends.
Assist in tutor recruitment, identify gaps, and propose improvements in acquisition.
Organize final checks for tutors post-onboarding and recommend selection criteria.
Identify skill development opportunities for tutors and explore academic partnerships.
Train tutors to align with strategic initiatives in line with the company's vision.
Your Contribution
Develop and implement effective learning programs and initiatives.
Design activities that help teachers track learner progress.
Contribute insights to the company's recruitment and selection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to promote Edge Tutor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in teaching, academic operations, or education technology sector.
Previous supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience.
Tutor Coach Expectations
