Driver Operation Lead - SPX Express

• Lead and manage the driver operations team and general operations team to support Instant Delivery execution
• Own and drive key performance metrics, including driver supply, productivity, and driver community sentiment
• Oversee end-to-end operational processes related to the driver team, including financial operations, fraud monitoring, and issue resolution
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams to execute key operational initiatives and ensure service reliability
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, finance, BI) to support continuous process improvement
• Prepare and present regular performance updates and strategic insights to the senior management team

• 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields, preferably in dynamic, tech-enabled environments
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and execution-focused mindset
