Job Description: Lead and manage the driver operations team and general operations team to support Instant Delivery execution Own and drive key performance metrics, including driver supply, productivity, and driver community sentiment Oversee end-to-end operational processes related to the driver team, including financial operations, fraud monitoring, and issue resolution Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams to execute key operational initiatives and ensure service reliability Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, finance, BI) to support continuous process improvement Prepare and present regular performance updates and strategic insights to the senior management team Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields, preferably in dynamic, tech-enabled environments Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to interpret data and drive actionable decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills Self-motivated, structured, and execution-focused mindset
