Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AI Voice Agent Developer / Manager to help manage and optimize our AI calling system. The role involves working with AI voice agents, managing call campaigns, and supporting the software infrastructure behind the system. The platform is built using n8n and ElevenLabs, so candidates should have experience working with automation tools and voice AI technologies.This position combines technical development, AI agent management, and campaign setup, making it ideal for someone who understands both software systems and sales-driven voice automation.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize AI voice caller agents
Create, launch, and monitor AI calling campaigns
Work with n8n automation workflows and ElevenLabs voice AI
Configure and maintain voice agent settings and call flows
Monitor and improve AI call performance and conversation quality
Troubleshoot technical issues within the voice agent system
Manage and review agent phone calls and campaign outcomes
Collaborate with the team to improve automation and calling strategies

Requirements

Experience working with AI voice agents or voice automation platforms
Familiarity with n8n or similar automation tools
Experience with ElevenLabs or AI voice technologies
Basic software development or automation knowledge
Understanding of sales processes and outbound calling campaigns
Ability to manage and optimize AI-driven phone systems
Strong communication skills with a clear UK English accent
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building or managing AI call agents
Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation
Background in AI voice technology, conversational AI, or call automation systems
