- Own daily community management across all six Instagram pages — responding to all comments and DMs within 2 hours
- Use Claude to draft initial community responses — review, personalise, and humanise before sending
- Identify and escalate high-intent DMs to the concierge team — you are the human intelligence layer above the AI intake bot
- Manage and grow the Circle B2B community — weekly posts, member welcomes, supplier introductions
- Use Claude to generate weekly Circle community content, engagement prompts, and member spotlight posts
- Monitor comment sentiment and flag brand or reputation issues immediately
- Build and maintain a brand voice response library in Notion for common scenarios — AI-assisted but human-approved
- Plan monthly engagement initiatives using AI-generated content ideas — Q&As, polls, ask-the-concierge sessions
- Produce weekly community health reports — use analytics tools and Claude to interpret trends and surface insights
- 3+ years in community management or social media engagement for a lifestyle, luxury, or travel brand
- Native or near-native English writing ability — warm, articulate, and brand-appropriate without exception
- Genuine cultural fluency in at least one of: Arabic and Middle Eastern, Spanish and Latin American, or South/Southeast Asian culture
- Deep understanding of Instagram engagement mechanics — you know timely genuine replies drive algorithmic reach
- Experience managing a private professional community (Circle, Slack, Mighty Networks, or equivalent)
- Comfortable using Claude or similar AI tools to draft and accelerate written responses at volume
- Written or spoken proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, French, or Portuguese
- Experience working alongside DM automation tools such as ManyChat
- Background in luxury hospitality, destination travel, or weddings
- Experience with influencer relationships or UGC coordination
