- Use standard email templates while also applying problem-solving skills when unique issues arise
- Research and look up information when needed to resolve customer requests
- Triage and organize the inbox to keep workflows clean and efficient
- Use internal tools to apply customer feedback to sticker designs
- Ensure corrected versions are accurate and aligned with requests
- Maintain quality control—stickers don’t need to be perfect, but they should not make issues worse
- Deliver edits quickly and consistently
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused communicator
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for catching errors and inconsistencies
- Comfortable using internal tools and following structured workflows
- Able to balance speed with accuracy in both communications and edits
