Our client is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Assistant who can manage customer communications and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role focuses on two main areas: * Inbox Management – responding to customer inquiries in a friendly, helpful, and effective way with fast turnaround, while maintaining the brand voice.
  • Manual Sticker Edits – using internal tools to process customer feedback and produce corrected versions of stickers with speed and accuracy.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing✉️ Inbox Management
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a warm, helpful, and brand-aligned tone
  • Maintain fast response times while ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Use standard email templates while also applying problem-solving skills when unique issues arise
  • Research and look up information when needed to resolve customer requests
  • Triage and organize the inbox to keep workflows clean and efficient
🎨 Sticker Edits & Customer Feedback Handling
  • Use internal tools to apply customer feedback to sticker designs
  • Ensure corrected versions are accurate and aligned with requests
  • Maintain quality control—stickers don’t need to be perfect, but they should not make issues worse
  • Deliver edits quickly and consistently

  • Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
  • Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused communicator
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for catching errors and inconsistencies
  • Comfortable using internal tools and following structured workflows
  • Able to balance speed with accuracy in both communications and edits
