At Assist World , we specialize in providing highly trained Virtual Assistants to businesses across the globe. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join a small but growing e-commerce business specializing in niche consumer products. The role will blend customer service, Shopify order support, light vendor coordination and basic 3PL logistics tracking . This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable and eager to grow with a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Accepting orders in Shopify and dealing any issues (like an address issue, notes to store, fraud alert etc) Communicating with drop ship vendors via email and phone Answering customer service phone (so excellent English would be a requirement) Some customer service via email (especially during busy times) Daily checking on if rush orders shipped Weekly check on drop ship orders helping entering vendor orders into our warehouse website. MUST-HAVE Skills & Experience: Experience with Shopify (order management and basic backend tasks) Experience using customer service platforms like Gorgias or similar (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) Strong written English and attention to detail Ability to make outbound calls using tools like RingCentral or OpenPhone Experience coordinating with 3PL or vendors is a plus Flexible and willing to learn niche product knowledge over time Reliable and proactive - looking for long-term stability Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Jewish culture/products (not required, but a plus) Experience with dropshipping logistics Background in e-commerce customer support roles What We Offer: Long-term, remote work with a stable client.
