This is a 100% commission-based role with the potential to earn C$5,000+ per month for high performers. About the Role As a Sales Recruiter at Royal York, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of high-quality sales professionals to fuel our company's rapid growth. You will leverage your expertise in sales recruiting, headhunting, and talent evaluation to identify candidates who thrive in competitive, commission-driven environments. You will work closely with our leadership team to understand hiring needs, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver top-tier talent to our organization. What You'll Do Identify, attract, and recruit top-performing sales professionals through networking, headhunting, and referral programs. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands. Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and drive to ensure a strong cultural and performance fit. Partner with management to understand growth targets and ensure alignment with business goals. Represent Royal York Property Management with professionalism, energy, and confidence. What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in sales recruiting, headhunting, or high-level sales. Proven success in placing sales professionals in commission-based roles. Strong understanding of sales-driven personalities and the ability to quickly identify top performers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
