Job Objective: Global/US Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in the B2B lead generation space. This role will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals to support our expanding team. Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives). Source candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements and client expectations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate closely with the operations and client success teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide daily, weekly recruitment reports and market updates. Job Skills: Proven experience recruiting for Sales roles, preferably in a B2B or lead generation company. Strong understanding of sales roles such as SDRs, BDRs, AMs, and AEs (Local & Global) Excellent sourcing skills with hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Ability to work in US business hours (mid or nightshift), and extended hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles at once. Job Requirements: (Educational Attainment, Certifications) Background in recruiting for Salespeople more than 3-5 years (Local & Global). Bachelor's degree Experience hiring for tech or SaaS companies.
