Director, Live Production - Philippines

• Lead and manage live production operations to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for breeder, hatchery, and grow-out operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract growers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including processing, supply chain, and technical services to ensure seamless integration across the value chain.
• Provide leadership and development to production managers and field teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that impact live operations.
• Drive project management and continuous improvement initiatives across live production systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinarian, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in poultry live production or related agricultural operations or other livestock or aquaculture sectors (e.g., beef, swine, fish) with transferable expertise in animal health & production.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex operations.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data and financial metrics.

• Experience in customer-facing or supplier relationship roles.
• At least 6 years of supervisory experience in live production.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
