The Role We are looking for a Coordinator to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs Please note that the SOW of this position covers a certain mandatory number of working out of regular business hours ( including night shift) per week and some travel ( to/from company office/home to the Livestream studio) depending on the finalized LS schedule with clients.
