They will contribute directly to both child and sponsor retention and engagement while ensure field to support offices’ operations optimisation, efficiency and effectiveness.You will oversee both human and AI-supported quality review processes, embrace new and emerging technologies, manage staff in multiple countries and with varying labour laws, with a focus on efficiency, scale, innovation, and excellence.You will work with inhouse and external partners to refine processes for greater efficiency and consider or embrace new or emerging technology that transform our approach, reduce costs, whilst meeting deadlines and operational standards.You will use your creative, technical and management skills to assist sponsored children and their communities to tell their own stories, while enabling sponsors to deeply understand the impact they help create.Preferred locations: Manila or other Asian countriesMajor ResponsibilitiesLead Global Content Production & Quality Review OperationsIn alignment with Field Office requirements, manage high-volume production workflows to ensure the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of all digital and printed child-sponsor communications, in collaboration with internal teams, translation partners, and external vendors. This includes managing workflows, fluctuating staff for surge capacity and implementation and refinement of hybrid quality assurance models, combining AI-supported tools and human review to assess tone, appropriateness, clarity, and emotional impact of sponsor-facing content.Commercial Coordination Across a Global EcosystemManage commercial arrangements with 15+ fundraising offices and content delivery from 50+ field partners to ensure alignment with market requirements, language needs, and content formatsProcess Optimization, Automation & TransformationIdentify and implement improvements in production efficiency, workflow automation, and content management tools to meet evolving end-to-end business needs at scale.Ensure Content QualityIn collaboration with the Field Operations team and Product design team, develop and uphold quality benchmarks and approval protocols to ensure child-sponsor communications are consistently accurate, culturally sensitive, emotionally engaging, and aligned with retention goals.Team Leadership & ReportingManage internal team members and vendor relationships, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
