The ideal candidate is an energetic, strategic thinker with a strong creative background and deep experience in financial services. You’ll oversee designers, writers, and digital marketers to ensure campaigns deliver results, build brand loyalty, and drive lead generation.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to bring the company’s vision to life through storytelling and impactful messaging.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeting pre-retirees and retirees in our client base.
- Refine brand messaging to strengthen awareness and support lead generation efforts.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Oversee creative production including content, design, and media.
- Present new strategies, campaign ideas, and marketing innovations while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations in all marketing materials.
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Develop and manage the content calendar in HubSpot CMS.
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across web, print, video, social, and email.
- Maintain and optimize the marketing automation funnel in HubSpot to maximize conversions.
- Manage workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring to support targeted campaigns.
- Incorporate principles from Alex Hormozi’s $100M Offers and $100M Leads frameworks to develop both paid and organic funnels that drive qualified appointments.
- 7–10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles (Creative Director, Art Director, or equivalent).
- Expertise in digital marketing funnels, branding, and lead generation.
- Proven track record of building creative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, video production tools, and modern marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Knowledge of direct mail campaigns best practices.
- Familiarity with Alex Hormozi’s marketing systems and ability to apply them in financial services marketing.
