We are a growing bread and pastry manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality baked goods to our customers. Were looking for a Human Resource Manager who will play a strategic and hands-on role in managing our most valuable assetour people. This role is critical in shaping our workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting both office and production staff in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for production and corporate roles
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment
Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination in partnership with Finance
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and workplace safety regulations (DOLE, OSH, etc.)
Manage employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture
Coordinate training and development plans to upskill employees and support retention
Monitor and evaluate performance appraisal systems and support talent management
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data
Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational structure and workforce planning
