Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Drive team sales performance through effective training and motivation.
Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
With more than 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
With a ready team of at least 5-7 real estate salesperson upon joining
Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
