Sales SpecialistJOB SUMMARYThe Sales Specialist is pivotal in driving the company's market presence and sales within
assigned territories through strategic distributor and key account management. This role is
responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships, executing trade marketing
strategies, and conducting market analysis to support decision-making and strategic sales
planning.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDistributor and Key Account Management
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring
their needs are met and they are kept up-to-date with the company's products and
innovations. * Strategize and implement value-creating initiatives with key trade accounts to enhancebusiness growth and brand loyalty.Trade Marketing and Promotions
  • Coordinate and execute trade promotions and ensure the availability of POS materials
and promotional support together with Marketing Promotions to enhance visibility and
sales. * Visit projects and trade accounts to promote the company's products, increasing brandpresence and market penetration.Market Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses to gather insights
that inform sales strategies and product positioning together with Market Research. * Regularly report on market trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of salesstrategies to the Sales Supervisor and Manager.Administrative Support
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, market data, and promotional efforts to
ensure alignment with strategic sales goals. * Manage and report expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting,
Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution * Open to fresh graduates
  • 1-year of experience in trade marketing, with a strong background in distributor and key
account management, preferably within the electrical or related industries * Proficient in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge in distributor management and basic market
analysis techniques to support effective sales operations within the assigned territory * Strong verbal and written communication skillsM-F (8 am to 5 pm) | Field work
