ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Zamboanga and surrounding areas. Drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and expand our market presence in Western Mindanao. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, train, and manage the sales team in Zamboanga and Western Mindanao Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain key client relationships and partnerships Identify new market opportunities and business expansion strategies Monitor sales performance and implement improvement initiatives Conduct regular team coaching and performance reviews Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments Analyze market trends and competitor activities Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures Manage key accounts and high-value client negotiations Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial role Background in construction and engineering products is a PLUS Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent strategic planning and business development abilities Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Must be willing to be assigned in Zamboanga Culturally sensitive and adaptable to diverse markets
