This role will triage help desk tickets, troubleshoot business team issues with applications and application outputs (reports, APIs, GUI). The IT Business Systems Admin will work with the rest of the IT organization to escalate and assist with the delivery of ticket resolution and collaborate with the IT product team to enhance, test, and maintain systems.What You'll Do:CollaborationParticipates in discussions around application configuration options, issues, break fixes and proposed resolutions.Takes part in discussions to articulate and/or understand business problems and workable solutions.Creates and contributes to a safe working and sharing environment that encourages team member participation.Listens, learns, and integrates multiple perspectives into solutions.Functional Analysis and ExpertiseAssists with triaging tickets and works with the business to understand the issue, the business impact and derives a priority as well as escalation path for resolution.Works through backlog of system tickets in priority order to meet targeted SLAs to the business.Possesses and/or develops techno-functional knowledge and expertise of assigned business systems.Synthesizes business problems with technological opportunities for solutioning.Agile DevelopmentAssists the team members in the agile process to configure or develop objects in assigned systems.Refines stories with scrum and Kanban teams to ensure understanding of value to be delivered.Collaborates with the team to develop a testing plan to ensure configuration meets business expectations without breaking pre-existing functionality.Reviews completed work with the product and business, trains users, obtains feedback for future enhancement.Vendor ManagementAssists with managing vendor engagements as needed to resolve obtain contracted assistance and ensure ATC needs are met.Data & TechnologyAbility to stay up to date with current trends and enhancements in the systems.Looks for and proposes opportunities where assigned system may be used in novel ways to competitively differentiate or accelerate growth, market share and/or margins.What Were Looking For:Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, or related field3 years of experience in at least one functional area and one core technology:Manufacturing / WHMS / Forecast / Planning ERP (Oracle Fusion and/or legacy Friedman)Finance System / Procurement (Oracle Fusion)RPA (UI Path)Cloud data warehousing and analytics (Azure / Synapse)CRM (SalseForce.com)Service Desk (SalesForce.com)PLM (Centric)HRMS (UltiPro or Oracle preferred)DTC - eComm (Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)CLM (DocuSign preferred)Reporting (PowerBI and/or legacy Cognos)Why You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
