You will handle policy-related activities from pre-renewal to post-renewal, contribute to the accuracy of quotations and documentation. You will be part of a collaborative and agile team, contributing to their mission of empowering clients and delivering exceptional insurance solutions.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A INSURANCE BROKER ADMIN ASSISTANTResponsibilities as Insurance Broker Admin Assistant:
- Provide daily administrative support to Account Brokers.
- Assist in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal insurance policy processes.
- Draft, prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- Issue renewal invites and ensure timely client follow-up and payment tracking.
- Manage and update client records and interactions in WinBEAT and HubSpot CRM
- Support the claims process by liaising between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, delivering services in an honest and ethical manner.
- Contribute to reporting, compliance documentation, and support operational workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 year insurance administration or brokerage support experience highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using WinBEAT and HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
