As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the director, training manager and regional managers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing needs, and delivering results.
  • Support AD/Training and Education Manager/Digital Dawn with management of AppBassador
o Maintenance and upgradeso Content uploado Reporting functionso Effectiveness/Flow of useo Creating SOP'so Managing budget/billing
  • Training Academy Support
o New structure - creating process, wow, SOP'so Support in building training content in line with brand planso Managing translation requests along with budgets/billingo Training requests - review and follow up where neededo Training reporting - collation for T&E Manager
  • Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans
o Creation of templateo Support RPM in building reports (renders, M&E)o Reviewing and advising RPM on how to in reports
  • Global Reports
o ADHOC Support in creation of global reporting templateso Collation from regions on global launches
  • OTHER

From April to September: 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time (including a 1-hour lunch break)
