Role Description At A-Sourced, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can deliver a seamless experience across both pre- and post-sales touchpoints. In this role, you'll engage with our global B2B clients, supporting them through the entire customer journey-from answering product and order inquiries, to assisting with onboarding, to resolving post-purchase issues with care and efficiency. You'll need strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of how great service drives customer loyalty and growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for global B2B clients, delivering exceptional service across both pre-sales and post-sales interactions. Respond promptly to inquiries related to products, pricing, and orders, guiding clients through the buying process with clarity and professionalism. Support customer onboarding by providing training, resources, and guidance on navigating the A-Sourced platform. Troubleshoot and resolve post-purchase issues, including order tracking, returns, and service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Logistics) to relay customer feedback, resolve escalations, and improve service workflows. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues within CRM and support systems. Contribute to building scalable processes and best practices as A-Sourced grows its global client base. Uphold A-Sourced's customer-first values by balancing efficiency with personalized, relationship-driven service. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles , ideally in a B2B, e-commerce, or supply chain environment. Proven ability to manage both pre-sales inquiries and post-sales support with professionalism and empathy. Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and intercultural-capable of working with global clients across time zones. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly, stay resourceful, and resolve issues independently. Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting. Preferred Skills Experience in cross-border trade, supply chain, or wholesale B2B environments. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shoplazza, WooCommerce, etc.) and logistics processes. Knowledge of AI-driven or tech-enabled platforms in a client-facing context. A growth mindset-comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to help shape processes in a scaling startup. Work Schedule Hours : 40 hours per week, across 4 days with 10-hour shifts, days of the week could include weekends Shift : Day, Night, or Swing shift - flexible based on scheduling needs.
