Assist the Chief Risk Officer in identifying, measuring, and managing the Banks risk within its defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
Promote a strong risk culture across the organization to enhance awareness and accountability.
Identify and analyze key risks and their underlying drivers across the Banks operations.
Continuously monitor risk exposures against established tolerances and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate and update the Risk Management Framework regularly to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the Banks evolving risk profile.

What we're looking for

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related course
Minimum 10 years of banking experience with a proven track record in senior leadership roles and enterprise-wide oversight.
Skilled in engaging with executive stakeholders, including board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
