  • Assist the Chief Risk Officer in identifying, measuring, and managing the Banks risk within its defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
  • Promote a strong risk culture across the organization to enhance awareness and accountability.
  • Identify and analyze key risks and their underlying drivers across the Banks operations.
  • Continuously monitor risk exposures against established tolerances and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and update the Risk Management Framework regularly to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the Banks evolving risk profile.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Relevant banking experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have gained operational risk experience and enterprise-wide oversight exposure.
  • Skilled in engaging with executive stakeholders, including board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
