Assist the Chief Risk Officer in identifying, measuring, and managing the Banks risk within its defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
Promote a strong risk culture across the organization to enhance awareness and accountability.
Identify and analyze key risks and their underlying drivers across the Banks operations.
Continuously monitor risk exposures against established tolerances and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate and update the Risk Management Framework regularly to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the Banks evolving risk profile.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance (including Accounting), Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant discipline
At least 5 years of experience in risk management, model risk, or quantitative analysis within banking or financial services
Experience in model development, validation, testing, and model risk management.
