- CRM to have complete profiles built for our targeted accounts with contact data.
- Build out an account foundation, making sure the right information is mapped to accounts including competitor and firmographic intelligence.
- Expand company profiles with contact information of key stakeholders and decision-makers (researching and enriching data and ensuring data accuracy).
- Ongoing management of data (de-duping, enriching, etc.) to maintain the cleanest CRM possible, and determine whether data is bad, missing information, out-of-date data, incorrect data, or misspelled data.
- Contact-to-account matching.
- Mapping parent-child relationships in CRM.
- Labeling accounts by tagging in CRM.
- Partner with BD for activities to increase booked meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the BD Team within the assigned region by being tightly aligned with the target accounts, activity, and goals.
- Researching target accounts.

- Create innovative ways to drive lead generation and target people quicker
- Support Marketing with outbound campaigns.
- CRM campaign data preparation, creation, and segmentation.
- Support inbound lead activity.
- De-dupe new leads against the current database.
- Remove bad fit.
- Fix and fill in data gaps.
- Lead-to-contact conversion and account matching.
- Lead distribution to BD.
- Support wider projects with platform and system updates and improvements.
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators through the execution of activities.
- Submit weekly progress reports as needed.

- Technical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Lead generation platforms, etc.
- Working knowledge on sourcing, intelligence mapping and audit, preferred.
- Working knowledge of global data protection and confidentiality laws.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Must be amenable to work midshift and hybrid work setup (office is based in Ortigas Pasig area)
