- Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure project profitability and operational excellence
- Play a key role in client retention by maintaining strong relationships and driving satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Partner with the Pacific team and Sales to identify and support cross sell opportunities that contribute to account growth and long term value.
- Partner with Sales to identify client needs and shape research solutions.
- Lead strategic research engagements across multiple markets and sectors.
- Oversee the design and execution of complex quant/qual studies.
- Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations and presentations.
- Mentor and develop team members across levels.
- Champion innovation in research design and storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across APAC and global teams.
- Represent NIQ in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums.
- Support day-to-day coordination and development of team members based in the Philippines, helping maintain consistent delivery standards and fostering professional growth in a collaborative environment.
- Foster a collaborative working environment across locations, encouraging knowledge sharing and alignment with Pacific led initiatives.
- Support the development of regional expertise in certain disciplines (main focus on segmentation and shopper studies) through project leadership, training, and best practice sharing.
- Help coordinate research delivery across APAC markets, leveraging the Philippines team's location and capabilities to enhance regional responsiveness and cohesion.
- 7-12 years of experience in market research or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Proven ability to lead strategic client engagements.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
