
Lead Generation Specialist

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify leads.
- Research and gather data on potential clients or business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop lead-generation strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation quotas and KPIs.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Provide feedback and reporting on lead quality and campaign performance.
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound lead generation(preferably in a BPO or sales-driven environment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with lead generation tools and platforms.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in the telecommunications or B2B services sector.
- Background in appointment setting, customer qualification, or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and other lead gen automation tools.
