We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Lead Web Developer to architect, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of full-stack development, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to guide a team in translating business needs into scalable, user-centric web solutions. As the Lead Web Developer, you will set development standards, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and excellence. In addition to hands-on development, you will oversee system integrations, data workflows, and occasionally support broader IT initiatives including troubleshooting, technical documentation, and process analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsive web applications and data-driven systems Define technical direction and best practices for full-stack development Collaborate with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards Oversee maintenance, debugging, and enhancement of existing systems and applications Support integration efforts with APIs, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks Back-end development experience with Python, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), or similar technologies Strong experience with relational databases: MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, and JSON-based data exchange Hands-on experience with full-stack development and deployment pipelines Strong understanding of DML and DDL SQL operations Required Qualifications: Technical Skills / Data Tools Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and joins Experience with Python for API development, data processing, or visualization Exposure to frameworks like Frappe is a plus Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Experience with ETL tools such as GoAnywhere, Pentaho, or similar Basic understanding of ERP systems and API-based system integrations Soft Skills: Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Compensation and Benefits: Monthly Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 , based on experience and qualifications Professional development support : training, certifications, and learning resources Modern tech stack and collaborative tools Fun and supportive work environment with team-building activities and employee engagement programs Show more Show less
