Job Title: Lead Web Developer Reporting To: VP for Marketing Job Summary: The Lead Web Developer is responsible for building, optimizing, and evolving Triquetra Health's digital infrastructure across Shopify, Klaviyo, and WordPress-driving high-performance, conversion-focused user experiences. This is not a passive maintenance role-it's for a growth-minded builder who thrives on testing, learning, and iterating at speed. The Lead Web Developer will own the development within Shopify and Zipify Pages, improve funnel performance through A/B testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape a seamless, sales-optimized experience from homepage to post-purchase. The right person for the job must blend technical excellence with user empathy in order to create scalable digital systems that drive revenue, increase LTV, and make the Triquetra eCommerce experience unforgettable. Duties & Responsibilities: Shopify Development & Custom Coding Own the Shopify development environment-including custom-coded sections using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Build, customize, and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using Zipify Pages and the native Shopify theme architecture Ensure fast load speeds, responsive design, and clean, scalable code that elevates UX and conversion rates Implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundling logic throughout PDPs, cart, and checkout experiences Retention Systems & CRM Integration Integrate Shopify with Klaviyo to support full-funnel lifecycle communication-from triggered flows to personalized email content Ensure accurate tracking, automation triggers, and seamless transitions between purchase touchpoints and re-engagement efforts Partner with retention team to ensure post-purchase experiences are optimized for customer loyalty and repeat orders Growth Optimization & A/B Testing Operate with a constant "test and improve" mentality-running experiments across layouts, copy, offers, and page flows Build variations using Tapita, Zipify, or custom code, and rapidly implement learnings from performance data Advocate for the user-balancing clean design, fast functionality, and conversion clarity Web Infrastructure & UX Oversight Maintain and evolve key pages in WordPress/Elementor as needed for content, SEO, and brand storytelling Conduct regular QA and audits for UX, mobile performance, and technical SEO issues Ensure a frictionless path to purchase across every device and platform Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) a plus 3-5+ years of proven experience in Shopify development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong expertise in building and customizing Shopify themes, Zipify Pages, and sales funnels . Hands-on experience integrating Shopify with Klaviyo or other lifecycle marketing platforms. Proficiency in A/B testing , CRO (conversion rate optimization), and performance data analysis. Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor for content and SEO-driven site management. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles , mobile responsiveness, and site performance optimization. Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams. Preferred: Experience in eCommerce, wellness, or CPG brands with multi-channel sales (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.). Familiarity with third-party testing/optimization tools such as Tapita, Hotjar, or Google Optimize. Knowledge of checkout extensions, discount logic, and bundling/upsell strategies .
