- Local Leadership: Manage the development of the Shared Services Team and drive efficiency and standardization with repeatable, scalable processes that exceed Stakeholder expectations. Provide support to ensure goals are met and providing intended value.
- Global Leadership: Partner with key RRX functional, Segment, and Corporate stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, translate those needs into service expectations, and ensure the Manila team delivers measurable value. KPIs shift from local operational outputs to alignment with broader RRX business objectives, enterprise outcomes, and stakeholder experience.
- Enterprise Impact: Acts as a strategic leader working closely with Segment leaders to deliver capabilities that directly influence RRX’s financial, customer, and operational goals. Plays a key role in expanding service maturity, optimizing global processes, and contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Engagement Implements actions to create a highly engaged workforce through transparent, inclusive and value driven leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Works with management in developing organizational design and restructuring plans to optimize resource allocation. This includes building strong stakeholder engagement with global peers and functional owners to obtain alignment with global goals, KPI’s and strategic direction.
- Strategy Development: Identify, plan for, and develop strategies, services, and activities to support current and future Stakeholder needs. This requires building strong relationships with global partners and being able to take a indirect leadership role with global teams.
- Process Improvement: Work with Functional Heads to enhance existing service offerings through re-engineering and/or automation of key processes.
- Performance Management: Oversee the development of SLAs with all customer groups and monitor overall performance of the Shared Service Center, teams, and individuals.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with all Stakeholders, ensuring expectations and requirements are met.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with policy and procedural directives.
- Recruitment: Build a high performing workforce through leading efficient staffing, training & career development. Develops and leads talent management initiatives to establish a robust pipeline of diverse leadership talent.
- Resource Management: Ensure that all controls, policies, activities, and the deployment of resources within the Manila Site are consistent with company strategy and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- +10 Years progressive Management experience, 3-5 Years experience leading a Shared Services team for a large multi-national organization.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Significant experience growing a Shared Services team and evidence of leading indirectly to obtain Stakeholder support for a global organization.
- Proven track record in employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
- Expertise in developing and implementing Business strategies aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic goals that produce measurable outcomes and drive business results.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Cultural competence and the ability to manage diverse and cross-functional teams.
