As we enter our next phase of growth, we're shifting focus from pure user growth to meaningful monetisation and revenue expansion.As Country Manager for the Philippines, you'll own Canva's user and monetisation strategy in one of our most important Southeast Asian markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling adoption, driving monetisation, and unlocking new growth opportunities across consumer, creator, education, SMB, enterprise, and public sector segments.At the moment, this role is focused on:Owning the Philippines growth strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation, aligned with regional and global prioritiesDriving the shift from MAU-led success to sustainable revenue growth and commercial impactDeveloping and executing growth plays across key segments, including creators, educators, SMBs, enterprises, and governmentPartnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, and Partnerships to optimise pricing, packaging, localisation, and go-to-market strategiesActing as a senior growth leader in-market, representing Canva in growth-driven partnerships, ecosystem conversations, and commercial opportunitiesUsing deep local market insight to influence global product, growth, and commercial strategyLeading and developing senior growth leaders and teams, fostering high performance, clarity, and momentum through changeYou're probably a match ifYou have 10+ years of leadership experience in General Management, growth, commercial roles within consumer tech, SaaS, or digital platformsYou've successfully launched, scaled, and monetised products in the Philippines, ideally through a period of market or business model transitionYou bring strong commercial and P&L acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth at scaleYou deeply understand Filipino users and customers, across consumer, education, and business segmentsYou're comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building clarity, direction, and momentumYou're a collaborative, low-ego leader who influences effectively across a global organisationYou're genuinely excited by Canva's mission and valuesAbout the teamYou'll sit within Canva's International group, working cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, Finance, and Strategy.
