Role SummaryWe are hiring a highly meticulous, data-driven, and results-obsessed QC Manager to lead all aspects of quality assurance in our nanofiber membrane and film production. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes precisionideally with a top academic background and extensive QC leadership experience.Key Responsibilities
Own and enforce all QA/QC processes across incoming, in-process, and final inspection
Lead a large QC team (40+ inspectors) to uphold the company's quality standards
Define quality control plans, SOPs, inspection guidelines, and control charts
Oversee root cause analysis and CAPA processes for non-conformities
Interface with clients on quality audits and documentation
Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and ISO/industry certifications
Create a performance-driven culture with daily metrics and accountability
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required; Engineering (Textile, Industrial, Chemical) is a plus
7+ years of QC/QA experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
Experience managing large QC teams with hands-on systems/process ownership
Super strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
Top academic background
Clear communicator with assertive, type-A leadership style
Amenable to work on-site in Dasmarinas, Cavite
