Primary Functions: Oversee Service nationwide operations, including repair, rework and service centers Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair. Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field. Coordinate activities of service personnel. Provides mentorship and training for the team. Job Qualifications Graduate of BS degree in Engineering or related field History of training and developing a strong technical team. Experienced in KPI's, data and metric development. Strong organizational and managerial skills. Extensive background in service Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
