Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on and dependable Assistant QC Manager to support the day-to-day implementation of our quality standards across film and membrane production lines. This role is a stepping stone toward full QC leadership and is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong judgment and people skills.Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing QC inspection teams and shift schedules
Conduct regular audits and in-process checks
Monitor inspection records and ensure completeness of documentation
Work closely with production to catch quality issues early
Coordinate training for inspectors on QC procedures
Support the QC Manager in client audits, internal reviews, and CAPA actions
Escalate critical deviations or failures immediately
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field preferred
3 to 5 years' experience in QC or manufacturing QA roles
Familiarity with QC standards, test equipment, and inspection procedures
Analytical mindset, hands-on problem solver
Proactive, dependable, and structured in execution
Amenable to work on-site in Dasmarinas, Cavite
