See where your commitment could take you. Who are we looking for We're looking for a Finance Services Officer to join our Finance Services team. This role will perform proactive support to the Finance Services team, performing accounts/accounting tasks as required. Deliver services to ensure compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: To support FS function by undertaking the duties assigned as outlined in the Finance Services duty statements Tasks will be assigned in adherence to separation of duties guidelines based on workload requirements Assist the team on other tasks or projects as required Ensure compliance with all GHD Finance policies and procedures Provide continuous feedback to the Manager/Team Leader, including positive confirmations on matters to compliance with company policies and procedures Ensure a cooperative and open knowledge-sharing relationship is developed and maintained with other operating centers. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Strong attention to detail with the ability to collate, organize and analyze data Excellent time management skills. Has the ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritize workload Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Have worked in an accounting shared services environment Have experience using intermediate to advance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Have experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, master data management, and possesses a basic to intermediate understanding of Accounting and Finance processes Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities Excellent coordination skills with understanding of when to escalate issues Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 5:00 pm to 2:00 am / Hybrid (3x a week onsite) This job offer is based in etiher Makati or Quezon City .
