Job Description Handle outbound collection calls. Inform clients about due dates, outstanding balances, contract details, and payment obligations. Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements with clients. Propose appropriate solutions to clients with past-due accounts. Maintain professionalism by handling calls politely, confidently, and assertively while providing accurate information. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English (both written and verbal). Basic computer proficiency. Strong multitasking skills, high adaptability, and assertiveness. Willingness to work onsite within the Ortigas and BGC areas. At least a High School graduate (old or new curriculum) or a Vocational Diploma holder With collections experience or at least customer service-related experience.
