- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payments, and resolving vendor issues.
- Issue invoices, monitor payment status, handle collections, and reconcile outstanding accounts.
- Ensure cash flow management, timely payments, and regular financial forecasting.
- Track inventory levels, ensure adequate stock, collaborate on management strategies, and perform audits to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and perform daily bookkeeping duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related course.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge and experience in using various accounting tools, systems, or software.
- Experience working in a shared service set up is an advantage.
- Must be amenable to work in Makati City.
