JOB OVERVIEWPosition: Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Rate: $5 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our medical supplies e-commerce team and deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service quality.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work the stated schedule in Eastern Standard Time.
  • Experience with ZenDesk (or similar customer service platforms).
  • Familiarity with using a Dialer is a plus.
  • Experience with BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Background in medical supplies is a plus.
