Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our medical supplies e-commerce team and deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and email.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service quality.
- Previous customer service experience (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Ability to work the stated schedule in Eastern Standard Time.
- Experience with ZenDesk (or similar customer service platforms).
- Familiarity with using a Dialer is a plus.
- Experience with BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Background in medical supplies is a plus.
