Role: As a Project Assistant, you will support our team and leadership in a wide range of project-related and administrative tasks, including: Supporting the implementation of team standards under managerial guidance Managing onboarding, offboarding, and access entitlements Preparing and analyzing Excel-based reports and project KPIs Monitoring project progress and quality indicators Supporting process changes and testing ticketing tools Creating proposals for special requests and maintaining project documentation Coordinating local requests and contributing to process standardization Providing administrative support to team members and service delivery managers Collaborating with headquarters and international subsidiaries.
