- Accountable for the management of volume and cases and ensuring all are with excellent service delivery and that SLAs and productivity targets are achieved.
- Responsible in managing escalations proactively and resolving quickly.
- Make decisions on complex issues and support the team in the resolution of issues.
- Analyze complex issues and recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
- Expert understanding of systems (Workday, SNOW, AssignmentPro)
- Develop internal workflow processes, operating procedures, team schedules, and controls.
- Provides effective leadership and cultivate high-performing team.
- In-charge of team engagement, ensuring that members are highly motivated and have camaraderie.
- Create development opportunities for team members.
- In-charge of coaching and individual performance of the team
- Oversee execution of all mobility administration activities related to assignment letters, cost projects, balance sheets, immigration, and relocation services.
- Ensuring that processes are within the agreed timelines and standards.
- Works closely with COEs, case managers and vendors to ensure alignment and accurate understanding of policies for effective service delivery.
- Ensures that processes and activities are within the GDPR principles and strict adherence to internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.
- Build effective partnership with key stakeholders to help drive the business towards establishing and maintaining a signature mobility service.
- Serves as the technical expert for the function and is consulted by key stakeholders on processes related to the operations.
- Lead or participate in operational and governance meetings with stakeholders and global mobility group to discuss issues, strategies and solutions.
- In-charge of monthly reporting dashboards and presentation related to team performance and mobility landscape.
- Pilot initiatives or participate in enhancement projects on process, system, policy and vendor.
- Lead or active participation on engagement activities
- Responsible for team’s recruitment delivery
- Spearhead a culture of continuous improvement.
- Multi-task and able to manage a large group of international assignees.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management in the organization in a multinational environment.
- Has solid background on Global / International Mobility
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or business management role.
- Experience in Financial Shared Service and Technology industry is a plus.
